Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 Cauliflowers (ca 1.5 kg)
- 2 pomegranates
- 80g cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons carrot green (alternative: coriander leaves)
- 1 red onion
Instructions
- squeeze lemons, remove pomegranate seeds, roast cashew nuts in a frying pan and then chop roughly, prepare cauliflower and chop into small pieces in a chopper, cut carrot green into large pieces, dice onion into small cubes
- mix lemon juice well with 8 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and a little ground pepper, add pomegrantae seeds, cashew nuts, cauliflower and carrot green and mix well.
