Chorizo-pepper pasta gratin

Ingredients
- 300g Penne lisce
- 200g medium hot chorizos
- 2 red and 2 green peppers
- 50g grate Parmesan cheese
- 4 dl milk
- 3 dl cream
- 3 eggs
- salt, paprika and ground pepper
Instructions
- Boil al dente in salted water
- Skin the chorizo sausages skin and cut them into 2 mm thick slices
- Cut the peppers into strips
- Grate the Parmesan
- Mixe all well in a buttered ovenproof form.
- Mix well milk, cream and eggs with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika and ground pepper and pour over the pasta- chorizo-pepper gratin
- Bake for approx. 25 minutes at 180 degrees circulating air
