Ingredients

  • 3dl cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g sugar
  • 3 dl milk
  • approx. 10g grated cinnamon powder (2 1/2 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. Put the container of the ice cream machine in the freezer 24 hours in advance
  2. Beat 3dl cream until stiff.
  3. In a large bowl beat 2 eggs with 120g sugar until they are very fluffy
  4. add the whipped cream, 3 dl milk and approx. 10g grated cinnamon powder and mix well but carefully with a whisk.
  5. put the cinnamon cream for 40 minutes in the ice cream machine and for at least 2 hours in the freezer.
