Ingredients
- 8 large slices of dry bread
- 2 dl white wine
- 8 slice raw ham
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 large tomatoes
- 600 g mountain cheese from Valais or Graubünden
Instructions
- Moisten 8 slices of dry bread with white wine
- Put on each one slice of raw ham
- Add 3 slices of tomatoes per slice of bread
- Press 2 cloves of garlic and spread them over the tomatoes
- Cut the cheese in slices and add 1-2 slices on each bread
- Bake at 15-18 minutes (until the cheese has melted) at 220 degrees circulating air
