Do not pour the water away; work into the chocolate Allow the chocolate to cool for one hour wash and halve the apricots Roll out the marizpan about 2mm thick. Cut out small circles with a 5cm round glass. Fill the apricot halfs with chocolate and place it on the rolled marzipan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds Put it in the fridge for an hour and serve it cold!
