Miammmm – Red chard vegetables

I dedicate this recipe to my beloved daughter; call it Brainfood or homemade fast food; whatever.
Tastes either as a main course with bread and salad or as a side dish.
300g red chard cut into small pieces
1 red onion and 1 clove of garlic, cut into small pieces
Crush 4 brown mushrooms
Add a handful of cashew kernels.
Smoke salt and chilli flakes for seasoning.
Fry everything together in olive oil and deglaze with white wine, simmer for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Can be served as a main course or side dish.
