I love the scents of warm honey with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg combined with lavender. Here a particularly rich fruit bread.

Ingredients
- 500g forest honey
- 1 Pinch Clove powder
- 1 Teaspoon Lavender blossoms
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspon Nutmeg
- 1,5dl Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 800g Flour
- 600g dried Fruits: Apricots, Apple, Pears, Figs, Cranberries
- 100g candied Oranges
- 200g Hazelnuts, Tree nuts, Cashews and Macadamias
- 300g Quince Jam to the mixture.
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 2 packets baking powder
- 1dl Fleur d'Oranger
- 3 Teaspoons Violet Syrup
Instructions
- Heat the forest honey in a frying pan together with clove powder, Lavender blossoms, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and the Cointreau or Grandmarnier. Then allow to cool to lukewarm
- Mix the flour with the lukewarm mass
- Add the cutted dried fruits and the candied oranges
- Add the chopped nuts
- Add the quince jam
- Add the vanilla sugar and baking powder at the end and mix all well
- Spread the mixture on a greased baking tray and bake at 220° C for approx. 18 to 23 minutes
- After baking, allow to cool. Afterwards cut little pieces 3x3 cm and sprinkle with Fleur d' Oranger and / or Violet syrup
