Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta
- 1 egg
- 3 dl cream
- 3 handful of frozen peas
- 100g gratinated Parmesan
- 12 slices of smoked bacon
Instructions
1. Mix 1 egg, 3 dl cream, 50 g grated Parmesan with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2. Boil 500g pasta in salted water two minutes less than al dente
3. Then add 3 handful of frozen peas and extend the cooking time of the pasta by approximately one minute.
4. Fry 12 slices of smoked bacon in a frying pan and put aside
5. Drain the pasta-peas mixture and mix it with the egg-cream-Parmesan sauce.
6. Decorate with the smoked bacon and serve with grated Parmesan
