Red Lentils balls

Ingredients

  • 500g Red lentils
  • 100g Couscous
  • 1 red Onion
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 100g Tomato Paste to the mixture
  • Season with Salt, ground Coriander and Chilli
  • Raita with 200g Greek yoghurt, 1 Glove of Garlic and Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the lentils together with 100g couscous in salted water until soft and allow to cool.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion, the pressed garlic and half a tube (appr. 100g) of tomato paste to the mixture
  3. Season with salt, ground coriander and chilli.
  4. Form into hand-sized balls and let dry in the air
  5. Serve cold or warm with a Raita of Greek yoghurt, grated garlic and salt

They are served warm after they have been sprinkled with a little olive oil in the oven for about 18 minutes and baked at approx. 220 degrees circulationg air
