Ingredients
- 1 kg spinach
- 2 cans of chickpeas (400g each)
- butter
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- wash the spinach and cook it in a large pan at high heat until it collapses (approx 5 minutes)
- rinse the chickpeas in a sieve and add to the spinach. Add 2 tablespoons butter and simmer for about 10 minutes at a reduced temperature
- season with 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper before serving
