Ingredients
- 400g mixed minced meat
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of black (or white) garlic
- 8 large tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 200g parmesan
- salt, pepper, spices
Instructions
1. Sauté the minced meat with the chopped red onion and black clove of garlic in olive oil and season well. Hollow out the tomatoes and put the lid aside. The pulp is pureed with a hand blender and added to the meat and boiled down to a thick sauce for a quarter of an hour.
2. The single tomato is filled with a spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese, then placed with the meat and in an ungreased gratin dish.
3. Chop the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the tomatoes. Put the lids on and once again sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 18 minutes.
