Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 5 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 500g spaghetti
- 4 burrata
Instructions
- Cut a large bell pepper as well as 1 bunch of basil into small pieces.
- Cut 5 medium sized tomatoes, the clove of garlic and the red onion in small pieces.
- Fry the tomatoes, the garlic and the red onion in another pan in olive oil and let them soak in their own juice for about 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Fry the pepperoni and the basil in a frying pan in olive oil and let them soak in their own juice for about 25 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add a handful of pine nuts to the pepperoni and the basil and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Cook 500g spaghetti al dente.
- Put the spaghetti on 4 plates, spread the two sauces on them and add a burrata on top of it.
- Cut the burrata in the middle, so that the creamy cheese drips onto the spaghetti.
