Slightly changed summer classic
Ingredients
- • 300g of couscous
- • 6dl Saltwater
- • 3 large tomatoes
- • 1 large red onion
- • 1 bunch of parsley
- • 1 bunch of peppermint
- • 1 bunch of coriander
- • 3 Lemons, only the juice
- • 8 Tsp olive oil
- • Spices: Sea salt, black cumin, Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Let the couscous soak in 6dl hot salted water for 15 minutes at low temperature.
- 2. Drain the remaining salt water.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes
4. Chop the red onion in slices
5. Cut one bunch each of parsley, peppermint and coriander roughly with a scissor. - 6. Mix the vegetables with the herbs, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- 7. Add the slightly cooled couscous and mix it very well
- 8. Season with 8 tsp of olive oil and some sea salt, black cumin and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Serve warm or cold.
