Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 100g salted Butter
- 1 teaspoon of fresh or dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 300g goat soft cheese
- 300g goat's soft cheese as a roll
Instructions
- Put the flour on the worktop
- Add the fridge-cold salted butter.
- Crumble the pieces of butter and flour together with your fingers and make a dough.
- Form a roll and cut into 12 pieces and roll them to circles of approx 7cm in diameter and 2mm thickness.
- Coat the muffin baking tray (12 portions with a diameter of ca. 5 cm and a height of 2 cm) well with olive oil and fill the dough portions into the moulds.
- Mix the goat's cream cheese with a teaspoonful of fresh or dried thyme.
- Press a clove garlic and blend it with the cheese-thyme mixture.
- Spread one teaspoon of filling in each muffin.
- Cut the goat's soft cheese into 12 slices and cover the filling with it.
- Spread some thyme over the tartellestes.
- Bake at 15-18 minutes, 220g air circulation
It is best to carefully lift out of the moulds lukewarm with a cake fork
